- Please check the official website for the daily opening hours of each attraction within Gardens by the Bay.
- The Greenhouse and Fantasy Garden are closed for maintenance once a month. Before planning your visit, check the official website for specific closing dates.
- If you would like to use your Double Greenhouse ticket on a closing date, please note that there will be no refunds or exchanges.
- Both greenhouses (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest) must be visited on the same day, single admission only.
- Eating and drinking is strictly prohibited in the greenhouses (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest).
- Shuttle service runs every 10 minutes from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The last departure is at 8:45 p.m.
- Outdoor audio tours run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The last departure is at 4:30 p.m. The audio tour lasts approximately 20 minutes and is not available for special events.
- For the safety of tourists, the outdoor audio guide will be suspended in case of heavy rain or lightning warning.
