• Usage Instructions: After booking, travelers will receive two PDF files via email (two e-vouchers in total). Please present the QR code at the facility on the day of your visit to redeem your tickets.

• Validity:
  ※ Kansai & Hiroshima Area Rail Pass: Valid for 90 days from the date of booking
  ※ EXPO 2025 Osaka Kansai One-Day Ticket: Valid for 1 day only, with single entry permitted between April 13 and October 13, 2025

• Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be canceled only if they remain unused within the validity period.

【Product Details】

Kansai & Hiroshima Area Rail Pass – 5 Days

1. After successful booking, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the provided email address.

2. To exchange for a physical rail pass, please present your booking confirmation QR code or verification code along with a non-Japanese passport at a designated ticket machine (see image).
   Machines support five languages (Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean).

3. Upon successful exchange, you will receive the physical rail pass.

4. Seat Reservations: Before travel, use the physical rail pass at a green ticket machine to obtain seat reservations.

Notes on Reserved Seats for JR West Rail Passes:
5. Different passes allow a different number of seat reservations. Refer to product pages for details.
6. Trains eligible for reserved seats also vary by pass—please check product pages.
7. Reserved seats must be booked separately (via green machines or ticket counters).
8. If you do not reserve or use up your quota, the pass still allows use of non-reserved seating.
9. For passes allowing unlimited reserved seats, once you make 7 or more reservations, future bookings must be done at the green ticket counter—not at machines.

EXPO 2025 Osaka Kansai One-Day Ticket

[Usage Instructions]

• Step 1: After purchase, you will receive a PDF file and a ticket ID (10 alphanumeric characters) via email.
  ※ Sample screenshot of e-ticket below

• Step 2: Register as a member on the official ticketing website and enter the ticket ID.
  → Instructions: Registering for EXPO ID / Entering Ticket ID (includes transfer and acceptance process)

• Step 3: Reserve your visit date, time, and pavilions. A QR code will be generated for entry.
  Reservation timelines:

• Visit date: Reservation can be made up to 6 months in advance

• Pavilion booking: 3 chances starting 3 months before the visit date (2 lottery rounds + 1 first-come-first-serve):
  ① First Lottery (2 months before)
  ② Second Lottery (7 days before)
  ③ Last-Minute Booking (3 days before, first-come-first-serve, no lottery)

• Step 4: Present the QR code on the reserved date for entry.

※ Cancellation Policy: Once the booking is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

【Important Notes】

1. The One-Day Ticket allows single entry between April 13 and October 13, 2025.

2. Only 3 pavilion reservations are allowed with the One-Day Ticket.
   ※ Reservations can be made up to 6 months before the visit date.

3. You may change the visit date and time up to 3 times (within each ticket’s specific time limitations).

4. Once purchased, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Kansai & Hiroshima Area Rail Pass – 5 Days:

1. Must hold a passport issued by a government outside of Japan

2. Must have a "Temporary Visitor" status of residence in Japan
   "Temporary Visitor" is a status of residence as defined by Japanese immigration law.

EXPO 2025 Osaka Kansai One-Day Ticket:

• Must be 18 years old or above

• Children under 3 years old can enter for free

Important Notes:

• The Weekday Ticket allows single entry after 11:00 AM on weekdays only, during the period April 13 to October 13, 2025.

• Pavilion reservations with the weekday ticket are limited to 3 times only.

• Pavilion reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance of the visit date.

• The visit date and time may be changed up to 3 times (within the terms specified for each ticket type).

• No changes or cancellations are allowed once the purchase is completed.

Cancellation & Change Policy:

Once the booking is successfully completed, no refunds or changes will be accepted.
