《Reservation Notes》

• Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 20 participants is required to proceed with the tour. If the number of participants does not meet this requirement, the tour will be canceled. Cancellation notices will be sent via email 4 days before departure.
• Weather Conditions: In case of severe weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to proceed will be made by 5:00 PM (local time) the day before departure. Updates will be sent via email as needed.
• Punctuality: Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and the tour will proceed as scheduled.
• Changes Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: Adjustments to the itinerary or time spent at attractions may occur due to traffic, maintenance, or other disruptions.
• Departure Location: The bus departs on time and cannot pick up participants midway.
• Walking Requirements: Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing and footwear for walking.
• No Early Departures: Leaving the tour group midway will be considered a voluntary forfeit of the remaining itinerary, with no refunds provided.
• Guide Services: The tour leader will provide commentary onboard but will not offer guided tours at the stops.
• Bus Arrangements: Depending on the situation, participants may be placed on buses with Japanese-speaking tour leaders. Chinese-speaking tour leaders will be available for consultation across buses.
• Luggage Restrictions: Each participant is allowed one large piece of luggage due to limited bus space.
• Alcohol Consumption: Drinking and driving is strictly prohibited. Participants under 20 years of age are not allowed to consume alcohol. Excessive drinking is harmful to health.

• Due to the Atami Fireworks Festival being a highly popular event in the summer, the venue will be very crowded. Depending on the traffic conditions that day, there is a possibility that you may arrive in Tokyo late at night when public transportation is no longer available. According to Japanese tourism industry regulations, this is considered a force majeure event, and no refunds or compensation for transportation costs to return to your hotel will be provided.

  In such cases, you may request to leave the group before departing from the Atami venue and return to Tokyo on your own. (Related transportation costs will be borne by the customer.)
