Confirm details:

• This product requires 2 confirmations. After the reservation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your email in time.
• When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the tour, an email notification of tour cancellation will be sent 5 days before departure

• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
• Departure time may be delayed depending on traffic conditions on the day.
• The day before departure, send the license plate number and tour guide’s contact information via text message or SNS.
• If you use LINE / WECHAT, please be sure to enable friend invitations and receive messages from strangers.

[Charge Notice]

• The tour fee already includes tips for local drivers and guides, tickets and round-trip transportation costs listed on the itinerary.
• The basic number of people per group is 8, and the number of people per group is 42. If the guests do not reach the basic number of people per group and wish to depart as a private group, relevant additional fees will be incurred.
• When registering as a single person, you need to pay a single room surcharge per night.
• The minimum size of SKI ski equipment is (foot length) 17cm, and the minimum size of SNOWBOARD ski equipment is (foot length) 21cm. If children under 3 years old want to ski, they can go to the site and check with the tour guide to see if the smallest size equipment will fit. If so, they can pay on the spot.
• Children over 3 years old and under 12 years old are charged child prices. Children over 12 years old are charged adult prices. Children under 36 months old are free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with meals, car seats, admission tickets, etc.)

[Travel Information]

• Generally, the itinerary will not be affected on rainy days. If a natural disaster prevents departure, the departure date can be changed for free or a full refund will be given.
• Room arrangement:
• ELSUITE CONDOMINIUM (Room type cannot be specified, subject to the hotel’s arrangement on the day of check-in)
• Ski clothing and equipment are required to enter the ski resort. Free children and non-skiers need to wait outside the venue because they do not have clothing and equipment.
• A ski instructor can work with up to 15 to 17 students.
• The itinerary will be adjusted according to local conditions. If there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the attraction, the company does not need to bear responsibility or refund.
• All our company's itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Guests need to evaluate whether they are suitable to participate based on their own health or ability. If an accident occurs due to force majeure or unpredictable factors cause physical damage or casualties Otherwise, the company does not assume any responsibility.
