Confirmation Details

This product requires double confirmation. If your booking is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email within 48 hours.

• If the minimum group size of 8 participants is not met, a cancellation email or alternative arrangements will be notified 3 days before the departure date.

Important Notes:

• Departure every Wednesday and Friday
• The name provided at booking must match the name on your passport
• Child Ticket: Applicable for ages 3-11
• Adult Ticket: Applicable for ages 12 and above
• Children under 3 can join for free (without a separate seat, meal, or admission ticket) when accompanied by two paying adults
• Please provide a valid contact number (e.g., WhatsApp/Line/WeChat) during booking. Local staff will contact you 1-2 days before departure via your provided communication method
• If an attraction/restaurant charges a fee for children under 3 years old, guests must pay on-site
• Please arrive on time at the designated meeting points. The tour will not wait for late participants, and no refunds will be issued for missed attendance
• Seasonal fruit availability is weather-dependent. If strawberries are not in ideal condition (e.g., size, sweetness), no refunds or compensation will be provided
• Special dietary requirements: Korean restaurants typically offer a set menu, and alternative meals are not available. Guests with dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, allergies) must prepare their own food. No refunds will be provided for uneaten meals
• Due to frequent traffic congestion in Korea, we strongly advise not joining this tour on your arrival or departure day to avoid missing your flights or other schedules
• All itinerary times are estimates and subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions. The tour operates rain or shine, and no refunds or rescheduling requests will be accepted due to bad weather
• In case of extreme weather (e.g., typhoon, heavy snow), a cancellation notice will be sent by 6 PM (local time) one day before departure, with options for rescheduling or a refund
• The company is not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or attraction closures due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. Additional accommodation, meals, or transport costs will be at your own expense
• Meeting and drop-off locations may differ. Please confirm with the tour guide or translator on the day of the tour
• Meal and attraction visit times may be adjusted according to local traffic conditions, with final arrangements determined by the local operator
• All tour vehicles are insured according to Korean government regulations. However, we highly recommend purchasing your own travel insurance for comprehensive coverage
• The minimum group size is 8 people. If the number of participants does not meet this requirement, the tour will be canceled at least 3 days before departure
• Final decisions and changes to the itinerary are at the discretion of the tour operator
