如何使用：

第一步：閣下收到確認郵件後，請檢查附件火車通行證上閣下的個人資料是否正確

第二步：在收到交通證後，請按照交通證PDF上的資料選擇使用日期。

第三步：在SBB APP加入交通證，可提前預約座位（額外收費)

有關預訂座位：

• 大部分高速、景觀、夜間和國際列車必須預訂座位，地方和區域列車座位無需預訂
• 預訂座位將產生額外費用
• 如需預訂座位，請自行於SBB APP內預約座位

注意事項：

• 此火車證僅限非列支敦士登 / 瑞士居民使用
• 預訂時提供的姓名必須於護照上的相符
• 預訂時提供的生效日期起計一個月內即為交通證有效期, 一經出票無法更改或取消
• 如攜帶0-5 / 6-15 歲小童同行，必須於預訂頁面內的特別備註列明

• 不單獨佔位的0-5歲兒童可免費乘搭
• 青年票適用於：16-25歲
• 兒童票適用於：6-15歲
• 瑞士家庭交通卡:  6-15歲兒童與至少1名持有瑞士交通系統票證的父母、繼父母或養父母同行，可獲得瑞士家庭交通卡(Swiss Family Card)，憑藉此卡即可享受免費搭乘。瑞士家庭交通卡也將以PDF的形式發送至郵箱
• 請於預訂頁面內的備註列明以下隨行兒童 (6-15歲)的資料：
  • 英文姓名
  • 出生日期
  • 國籍
  • 護照號碼

退改須知：

• 火車證一經生效，將不能退款
• 如火車證未生效，如需退款請回覆確認電郵與我們的客戶服務部聯絡
• 退票須於未生效前提出，訂單內任何一張火車證退票都必須收取訂單全數的15%作為供應商之退票費及本公司每張HK$150的手續費
• 退款成功與否須視乎RailEurope之退款政策
