A confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days. Final confirmation is subject to the hotel’s approval. If the booking cannot be confirmed by the hotel, a full refund will be issued.

• When booking, please provide a name that matches your valid identification document (ID card or passport). Once confirmed, no changes to the name are allowed.

• This product is charged per room.

• Room availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The actual room type will be arranged according to hotel availability. If you have special requests, please contact your travel consultant in advance.

• If you plan to check in after 6:00 PM, please notify the hotel in advance. Curfew is at 12:00 midnight.

• Children aged 3 and above are considered as adults. For infants under 2 years old, please contact the hotel in advance regarding meals, bedding, etc.
