[Ibaraki] Hitachi Seaside Park

• Duration: Approximately 90 minutes
• Hitachi Seaside Park is famous for its stunning spring view of Nemophila flowers, with hills blanketed in light blue blooms. On the expansive "Miharashi Hill," the delicate blue flowers bask in the sunlight, creating a dreamy world of soft blue hues that feels like floating on clouds. Seasonal blooms include rapeseed flowers, tulips, kochia, nemophila, roses, and cosmos.

[Ibaraki] Oarai Isosaki Shrine

• Duration: Approximately 40 minutes
• Known for its "Kamiiso Torii" standing on rocks by the sea, this scenic spot is set against the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean. At any time of day, it attracts photography enthusiasts from across Japan and abroad. The views are especially stunning during sunrise, sunset, or when waves crash dramatically against the rocks.

Booking Information

• Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 20 participants is required for the tour to proceed. If the number of participants does not meet this requirement, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email will be sent 7 days before the departure date.
• Weather Conditions: In the case of adverse weather such as typhoons or blizzards, the decision to cancel the tour will be made one day before departure (local time 3:00 PM), and notifications will be sent via email accordingly.
• Punctuality: Please arrive at the designated location 20 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the schedule, the bus will depart on time, and late arrivals will not be accommodated.
• No-show Policy: Participants who are late will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund.
• Vehicle Arrangement: The vehicle type will be determined by the number of participants. For smaller groups, the driver will also serve as the tour escort. No additional tour guide will be assigned.
• Tour Language: This tour is conducted alongside Japanese participants. An escort or interpreter will be present at the meeting point and will provide important details (e.g., meeting time and location) in the selected language. However, no language services will be provided for sightseeing explanations.
• Meeting/Disbanding Point: The meeting and disbanding points are subject to change. Please confirm with the tour escort on the day of the tour.
• Schedule Adjustments: The tour sequence may change due to road conditions.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: The planned itinerary may be adjusted or partially canceled due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. The return time may also be significantly delayed.
• Seasonal Variations: The best periods for flower or foliage viewing may vary due to weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed on the scheduled date, even if it is not the optimal viewing season. This cannot be used as a reason for free cancellation.
• Clothing: Please wear non-slip shoes and comfortable clothing.
• Identification: Confirm the tour code on-site and gather at the 1st floor of Ginza Tokyu Plaza (1-minute walk from Ginza Station Exit C2/C3).
• Luggage: Due to limited luggage space, please notify us in the remarks section if you wish to bring large suitcases.
• Temporary Closures: If Hitachi Seaside Park is temporarily closed, the admission fee will be refunded.
• Personal Safety: During free activities, please take care of your personal safety and belongings. Any accidents or losses due to ignoring advice must be borne by the participant.
• Estimated Times: All arrival times are approximate and subject to traffic conditions. Please avoid scheduling evening activities in case of delays.
• Force Majeure: If the tour is terminated due to weather or natural disasters, refunds for unused portions of the tour will be issued based on actual costs incurred. However, any additional costs such as return transportation or local accommodations must be covered by the participant.
• Minors: Travelers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
• Seating Arrangements: Bus and dining arrangements may involve sharing tables or seats with other participants, depending on the escort and facility availability.

Confirmation Details

• This product requires double confirmation. Once your booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your email promptly.
• If the minimum group size is not met, a cancellation email will be sent 4 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

• Once tickets are issued, unused services cannot be changed, refunded, canceled, or transferred.
