A reply will be sent via email within 3 working days, but the final confirmation is subject to the hotel’s availability. If the booking cannot be confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

• The name provided during booking must match the valid identification document (ID card/passport). No changes are allowed after confirmation.

• This package is priced per room.

• Limited room availability, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once fully booked, reservations will no longer be accepted.
