Things to note:

• Child tickets apply: Children under 90 cm tall are free. Children between 90 and 110 centimeters tall need to purchase a child ticket. Children over 110cm tall need to purchase an adult ticket.
• Adult tickets apply to: 110 cm and above.
• All tickets must be booked one day in advance.
• The park is closed every Tuesday, except Malaysian public holidays.
• All visitors to SkyWorld Genting are advised to use the SkyAvenue entrance located at SkyAvenue Building G to enter the park. The Studio Plaza entrance to SkyWorld Genting is for hotel guests only.
• Virtual Queuing (VQ) allows you to book timed entry to rides, attractions and shows through the Resorts World Genting app. On the day of your visit, scan your ticket at the turnstiles to activate.
• Due to scheduled maintenance, some rides and attractions may occasionally be unavailable. Please refer to the official website for the latest updates.
• SkyWorld Genting offers a rainy day guarantee and affected guests can return for free or at a discounted rate within 12 months of their initial visit date. For detailed terms and conditions, please visit the official website.
• Genting Sky City Indoor Theme Park: Please refer to the official website for maintenance schedule information and a list of available attractions and their respective age, height and weight requirements.
• Awana Sky Lift: The cable car ride includes a free stop at Clearwater Station. You can visit Chin Swee Caves Temple for free. The Awana SkyWay is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

• When participating in the event, you must present the printed voucher or the electronic voucher and passport on your mobile phone to redeem tickets at the ticket office
