Springbrook National Park & Glow Worm Experience

Within Springbrook National Park, a natural cave has been formed over time by continuous river erosion. As parts of the cave collapsed, it created a spectacular rock formation resembling a bridge, known as Natural Bridge.

Inside the cool and dark cavern of Natural Bridge, thousands of glow worms thrive, emitting a mesmerizing blue light. This phenomenon makes it one of the only two places in the world where glow worms can be seen in such numbers.

About Glow Worms

Glow worms that emit a blue glow are found only in Australia and New Zealand. Unlike the fireflies in Asia, which glow green or yellow during their adult stage and can fly, Australian glow worms emit blue light during their larval stage, remain stationary, and attach themselves to mud or rock walls. They prefer moist environments, riverbanks, and dark caves. During the day, these tiny creatures are barely visible, but as night falls, they put on a breathtaking natural light show, shining even brighter in humid conditions.

Guided Tour Experience

An experienced guide will lead visitors through the rainforest trails of Springbrook National Park to reach Natural Bridge, introducing a variety of tropical rainforest plants along the way. Upon arrival, guests will witness the glow worm spectacle up close.

• The name provided for booking must match the name on the passport.
• Adult ticket: 12 years and above // Child ticket: 3-12 years old
• One child under 3 years old can join for free per two paying adults (No seat, meals, or tickets included).
• Please provide a reachable contact number (WhatsApp/Line/WeChat, etc.) when booking. The local team will contact you 1-2 days before departure through your preferred communication method, so please check your messages and respond promptly.
• If a venue or restaurant requires an admission or meal fee for children under 3 years old, guests must pay on-site.
• Please arrive at the meeting point on time. The tour will depart as scheduled, and late arrivals due to personal reasons will not be refunded.
• Seasonal fruit availability depends on weather conditions. The suggested travel dates are the optimal picking period, but if fruit quality (size, sweetness, etc.) does not meet expectations, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
• Dietary Restrictions: Most restaurants provide a fixed menu. If you have dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, food allergies), please prepare your own meals. No refunds will be given for meal exclusions.
• The itinerary timing is approximate and subject to traffic and weather conditions. The tour will proceed as scheduled even in rainy or snowy weather, and cancellations or rescheduling will not be allowed due to such conditions.
• In case of severe weather conditions (e.g., typhoon, blizzard), the tour may be canceled. Notification will be sent by 6 PM on the day before departure, and guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
• Uncontrollable factors such as traffic delays, itinerary changes, or attraction closures are beyond our responsibility. Any additional costs (accommodation, meals, transportation, etc.) incurred due to such changes will be at the guest’s own expense.
• Meeting and drop-off locations may differ. Please confirm with the tour leader or translator on the day.
• Tour stops and meal times may be adjusted according to the local traffic conditions, with all arrangements subject to the local tour operator's discretion.
• All tour vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance, as per local government regulations. However, guests are strongly advised to purchase personal travel insurance for additional coverage.
• The tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If the minimum is not met, a cancellation notification will be sent 3 days before departure.
• The company reserves the final decision-making rights.
