• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
• Departure time may be delayed depending on traffic conditions on the day.
• Use SMS or SNS to send the license plate number and tour guide’s contact information the day before departure.
• If you use LINE / WECHAT, please be sure to enable friend invitations and receive messages from strangers.

[Charge Information]

• The tour fee already includes tips for local drivers and guides, tickets and round-trip transportation costs listed on the itinerary.
• The basic number of people per group is 4, and the number of people per group is 42. If the guests do not reach the basic number of people per group and wish to depart as a private group, relevant additional fees will be incurred.
• The minimum size of SKI ski equipment is (foot length) 17cm, and the minimum size of SNOWBOARD equipment is (foot length) 21cm. If you are under 3 years old and want to ski, you can go to the site and check with the tour guide to see if the smallest size of equipment will fit. If so, you can pay on the spot.
• A ski instructor can work with up to 15 to 17 students.
• Children over 3 years old are charged the adult price, and children under 36 months are free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with meals, car seats, admission tickets, etc.)

[Travel Information]

• Generally, the itinerary will not be affected on rainy days. If a natural disaster prevents departure, the departure date can be changed for free or a full refund will be given.
• The schedule will be adjusted according to local conditions. If there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the scenic spot, the company does not need to bear responsibility or refund.
• When entering the ski resort, you need to wear ski clothes and equipment. Free infants and non-skiers need to wait outside the resort because they do not have equipment.
• All itineraries of our company do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities.
