• After booking, travelers will receive a PDF file in their inbox. Please show the QR Code or exchange the voucher at the facilities you wish to use during your visit.

※ Each facility can only be used once, and re-entry to the same facility is not allowed.
※ Ticket Activation Period: 90 days from the date of purchase. For example, if the ticket is purchased on July 1, the activation period is July 1 to September 28.
※ Validity Period: The ticket is valid for 7 days from the first scan at the facility. For example, if the first scan is on July 1, the validity period is July 1 to July 7.
※ Available Facilities: You can use 3 facilities within the validity period.
※ Please note, if multiple tickets are purchased, when one ticket is used, the others will be activated at the same time, and the 7-day validity period will begin for all.
※ Once the ticket is activated, the 7-day validity cannot exceed the 90-day activation period. For example, if the activation period is from July 1 to September 28, and the first scan is done on September 27, the validity period will be September 27 to September 28.
※ Unused tickets cannot be redeemed for cash.

Kansai Area Railway 5-Day Pass:

1. After a successful booking, the platform will automatically send a confirmation email to the registered email address.

2. Please show the confirmation code or QR code received, along with the passport of the booking person (non-Japanese nationality), and go to the designated station ticket machine (see the image below) to exchange for a physical ticket.
   The station ticket machines support five languages: Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean.

   ※ If the ticket machine is out of order or the passport does not have an IC chip, please go to the designated Green Window at the station for ticket exchange.

3. Once the physical Rail Pass is exchanged, it is ready for use.

4. Seat Reservation: Before using the pass, go to the Green Ticket Vending Machine with your physical Rail Pass to reserve a seat.
