• Validity after the voucher begins usage: After the first attraction is redeemed, the voucher is valid for 7 days. (Please note that the 7-day validity cannot extend beyond the redemption validity period shown on the original voucher.)
• Facilities and coupons can only be used once. The same facility cannot be re-entered or reused. Please be aware.

How to Use:

• After successful booking, you will receive a PDF e-voucher. HARUKA Train Ticket:

Notes:

• Ticket details: One HARUKA Train Adult One-way Ticket (Kansai Airport → Shin-Osaka).
• Voucher redemption validity period: Valid for 90 days from the reservation confirmation date (last usage date: March 31, 2023).
• This ticket is only available for non-Japanese passport holders. Japanese nationals cannot use it.
• Those with a "Short-Term Stay" visa status cannot use it.
• Please note that this product can only be redeemed at the "dedicated redemption machine" located next to the Kansai Airport Station ticket gate. (Please be aware, the 7-day validity period cannot extend beyond the redemption validity period shown on the original voucher.)

How to Use:

• After successful booking, you will receive a verification code or QR Code via email.
• Please go to the "dedicated redemption machine" located next to the Kansai Airport Station ticket gate to redeem the "boarding ticket."
• Scan the QR Code at the machine.
• Choose the train departure time (you can select a departure time up to 5 minutes before the train leaves).
• Collect the boarding ticket from the machine and enter through a ticket gate with staff present.
• If the "HARUKA special edition one-way ticket" redemption machine is malfunctioning, please redeem it at a "green ticket machine" or "green window" with the station's passport sign. Redemption time is from 5:30 AM on the travel date until 5 minutes before the last train of the "HARUKA" express.
• If the designated train's special car (car 4) is crowded, you can use the free seating.
• After the electronic ticket is redeemed for a "boarding ticket," refunds or date changes are not possible. If you need a refund, please contact the original travel agency before redemption.
• If the train you have reserved is canceled before departure, you can use other "HARUKA" free seating or the Kansai Airport Rapid Train.
