Precaution：

• Free of charge for children under 6 but not occupying a seat, separate child ticket must be purchased for extra seats. Each adult is allowed to bring a maximum of 1 free infant
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus
• The transportation used for this tour is a 45 seater coach, which will be adjusted according to the number of participants
• If guests have large luggage, each person is only allowed to carry one 28-inch suitcase.
• Please arrive at the meeting point on time, no waiting after appointed time. If guests are unable to attend the tour on time due to personal reasons, no refund of the tour fee will be provided
• Due to frequent traffic congestion in Japan, it is strongly recommended that guests do not participate in the tour on the day of arrival and departure to avoid missing the meeting time or flights
• The above-mentioned timeslots are approximate and subject to the actual transportation and weather conditions on the day. In the event of rain or snow, the tour will proceed as scheduled, and guests may not request last-minute cancellations, refunds, or changes in departure dates
• If the itinerary needs to be canceled due to severe weather conditions (such as typhoons or blizzards) or other force majeure factors, guests will be notified before 6:00 p.m. on the previous working day and alternative arrangements or refunds will be made
• The company shall not be held responsible for any delays, itinerary changes, or cancellation of attractions caused by uncontrollable factors such as transportation or weather. Any additional expenses incurred, such as accommodation, meals, or transportation, shall be borne by the guests themselves. Thank you for your understanding

• Outdoor activities involve certain risks. When considering participating in any activities included in the tour or provided during the journey, guests must assess their suitability based on their own health or abilities
