Precautions:

• The minimum number of people in each group is 8 people, and the maximum number of people in each group is 42 people
• If the tour does not eventually form, guests will receive a notice one week prior to departure and proceed with a refund
• Guests will be notified separately through communication software or email regarding the changes on itinerary and meeting time
• Children over 3 years old will be charged at the adult price, while children under 36 months will be free of charge (Free children will not be provided with meals, seats in the car, admission tickets, etc.)
• If the slope is unavailable due to temporary closure or other factors, the itinerary will be changed to Fairy Tale Village. Guests shall not ask for a refund or other related compensation requirements for equal value
• Children under the age of 7 are not allowed to experience survival shooting activities in Ganghwa Leisure Sports Park
• The GANGHWA SEASIDE RESORT dining voucher worth 10,000 Korean Won, guests will be responsible for covering the additional amount themselves.
• The itinerary will proceed as scheduled even in rainy days.In case of natural disasters, alternative arrangements will be made to rescheduleor provide a full refund.
• If guests are unable to attend the tour on time due to personal reasons, no refund of the tour fee will be provided.
• Due to frequent traffic congestion in Korea, it is strongly recommended that guests do not participate in the tour on the day of arrival and departure to avoid missing the meeting time or flights

Restrictions on the use of the LUGE:

• When riding the LUGE, children who are between 85 to 120cm in height, over 48 months old, and under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 20 or above
• When riding together, the combined weight of the adult and child must not exceed 120kg
• For children aged 10 or over, 120 cm or above in height are required to ride a car by themselves
• Guests aged 65 and above are not permitted to ride the LUGE, but allowed to ride the cable car.
• Pregnant women, guests with high blood pressureand heart conditions, will be restricted to take the LUGE

How to use:

• License plate number and tour guide contact information will be sent via SMS or SNS the day before departure
• Please present your e-voucher for verification or redemption by staff on the day of travel
• Please arrive 10 minutes in advance and wait patiently at the meeting place, no waiting after appointed time.
• Depending on the road conditions on the day, the departure time may be delayed.

Cancellation Policy:

• No cancellation is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
