How to use:

• Please download and save the E-ticket with QR code. Bracelet and the password for special entry of Universal Studios Japan can be redeemed at service counter of 16/F Abeno Harukas
   

• Please be sure to check the time 1 day before your visit to Universal Studio Japan, enter the password provided at the observatory to see the exact time you can get in advance.
• Abeno Observatory Opening hours: 09:00 – 22:00 (Last admission time: 21:30)
• Address of Abeno Observatory: L1-1-43 abenosuji, abeno-ku, osaka 545-6016
• Universal Studios Opening hours: 08:30 – 21:00
• Address of Universal Studio Japan: 2 chome-1-33 sakurajima, konohana ward, osaka, osaka prefecture 554-0031
• We kindly remind that opening hours of the park and the operating hour of facilities do vary, please check the official website  
• Please wear your bracelet and wait at  "STUDIO WEST" on the date of visit

Precautions:

• You must go to Abeno Observatory and Universal Studios on different days
• You must go to Abeno Observatory before Universal Studios
• Please provide the specified date of visiting Universal Studios and Abeno Observatory
• You must first go to the Harukas building to collect the bracelet and visit the observatory
• Ticket should be used consecutively, if you select to visit Abeno Observatory on 30 Aug, you should go to Universal Studios on 31 Aug
• If you are late, you can only enter from the normal entrance
• The ticket is only sold for tourists
• The admission time is determined by the Universal Studios. There is no guarantee that the admission time can be very early.
